I´m a professional Concept Artist and Illustrator with more than 10 years of experience in the industry. It looks amazing on display and even better when placed next to one, two or all of the other Star Wars helmets.
The Re-Armored Boba Fett helmet variant is modeled after the Boba Fett helmet in the Disney+ series The Mandalorian. The Star Wars The Black Series helmets are battery powered and feature different audio effects and sometimes visual effects, depending on the helmet model.
The Shadow Trooper Helmet is inspired by the Imperial Shadow Troopers in the video game Star Wars: Battlefront. Based on the Mandalorian helmet of Mandalorian resistance member Axe Woves, the adjustable fit helmet features a blue, gray and black color scheme with a weathered and battle worn finish. After the frankly abysmal BrickHeadz rendition of Vader and the slightly questionable Star Wars Celebration-exclusive bust, the LEGO Group has finally hit a brick-built rendition of Vader out of the park.
It perfectly captures the commanding presence of my persona, offering you the chance to step into the shoes (or helmet, if you will) of the galaxy's most feared Sith Lord. There’s a good reason, though: to make room for the neck piece for Vader’s helmet, which gives the finished model a more imposing feel, especially when compared with the other sets.

Nevertheless, it must be acknowledged that the proportions are imperfect as the crown section should be slightly taller. If you want a perfect, smooth, representation of whatever is being modeled wouldn’t you be happier with anything but LEGO? Regardless, it does look better than in the official image, and Vader *is* iconic enough to make this head more interesting to me than the others have been so far.
To me, it's always been the "dead non-eyes" and the triangular "mouth," along with the helmet, that define the Darth Vader mask for me. The distinctive thick black line that runs from the top of Vader’s eyebrows right to the back of the helmet is achieved using four separate sub-assemblies, which consist of 2×3 curved slopes that attach to the main build through clips. In my case, I’m going to live with its limitations and discomfort for Halloween night, just to help entertain Trick or Treaters that come to my home.
In comparison, this helmet looks like it's meant to have accessories attached on top and on the side.
