This book could be used to start a discussion with a class or individual children about why they might worry and what they can do to help themselves feel better.I would discuss this with a class, and it would help them to talk about their feelings, for example: “I have a big butterfly today”. It will work well for this purpose with children in Key Stage One and Two making it a very useful purchase indeed. Links really well to PSHE work to thinking about our thoughts, feelings and emotions as well as any topic on dinosaurs.
