It also comes with an AR Cube. The VR One Cinema app is much more useful. It's a video play that puts you inside a virtual theater. A series of buttons appear mid-air in front of the screen, and you can make selections by staring at a button. It can play MP4 movies stored locally on yourconnected device, showing them on the theater screen when selected.

Specs

The AR app can be used with the AR cube only to view. Since there are no buttons on the Plus, you can’t really play anything. The Cinema app lets you watch VR movies and videos.
