Their suppliers come from families who have been involved in truffle hunting for generations.Pure bred Lagotto Romagnolo dogs are used to help search for the truffles with puppies being introduced and taught to ''fetch'' summer truffles from a very early age. I had only tried truffle based products a a few times prior to trying the truffle guys Mayo, mustard and ketchup. I can now say I am a truffle convert. The quality is amazing yet versatile (I used the mustard in my mash, the oil in pasta sauces and the mayonnaise with everything). Will be buying more of their products in the future.
