The little valve at the bottom means it only starts dispensing when it touches the inside base of the bottle - fill up and then simply take the bottle away to stop. Whilst we endeavour to make sure that glass bottles are packed as well as possible we cannot send out replacement for any breakages. Supplied with it's own tap to attach to your fermenter you'll wonder how you lived without one before. The stick displaces the liquid in the bottle to give just the correct air gap in the top of the bottle when removed . We will try our best to amend address's where we can but we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to.
