Homemade Halloween decorations and ghosts are always a hit with the kids. This easy step-by-step tutorial teaches how to make large ghost decorations out of an old white sheet, an extra-large plastic bag, a piece of creepy gauze fabric, or a roll of tulle to make extra-large ghosts with the step-by-step directions above. Follow the directions below if you use an old sheet to make your extra-large ghost decoration. 1. Cut a small hole in the middle of an old white sheet, plastic bag, etc. Cut the stem from an extra paper roll and glue to the top. We like to use Elmers Xtremeglue for this part. Having said that, cutting or ripping your tissue paper into squares and smaller pieces is a great finger strengthing and cutting skills exercise! So think about your classroom outcome targets and use the variation based on that! One of the things I love about these Halloween mason jars is that they use tissue paper instead of paint.
