We’ve added a level control so you can dial in the perfect amount of the effect to your dry signal offering endless possibilities from a subtle watery sheen to full on psychedelic vibrato. I had the Highway Man before, but it was long ago and different amps then, so I thought I'd try it again.the pedal can provide strong low frequency, a clear and transparent high frequency, penetrate main rhythm tone,or sharp wide accompaniment tone. I played the two together and just decided the American Sound outstomped the Sonic Stomp so I sold it to Guitar Center for an embarrassing low amount. I would appreciate some help regarding the possibility of modding this pedal; I'd like to lower the gain, or more exactly to have a more controllable and dynamic gain level.

The leaflet straight up tells you that it is inspired by the Boss Metal Zone MT2, but while I am no use a tracing, the topology with the boost, fixed mids and four 4558's looks at lot closer to the EHX pedal. EXTREME METAL, it has three bands powerfully adjustable EQ with sweep Mid-Freq Knob, provides a strong low Frequency, a clear and transparent high frequency, and penetrating main rhythm Tone, or sharp wide accompaniment tone.

By turning the knobs, the pedal can provide strong low frequency, a clear and transparent high frequency, penetrate main rhythm tone, or sharp wide accompaniment tone (like BOSS MT2). Definitely has grit but can get muddy too, sounds its best with a good boost pedal and a fair amount of compression, good for that Tool type of sound however if you want something which breaks up more I'd definitely look into the Joyo Uzi or Biyang's Tonefancier distortion range for that extra crunchiness.

I guess this is also a possibility here, any help about if it should be ok, and possible resistor values? Channel 1 delivers clean to crunchy overdrive while the Channel 2 carries on with crunch to screaming high-gain leads. I liked it best with both the treble and mids backed WAY off, along with some volume and gain feathering.Other product features include Fat/Normal/Tight switch to adjust your guitar’s attack, Gain, Tone, and Volume knobs, 9-18VDC operation, and true bypass switching. The unique electronic filter will reduce any noise interference before it reaches the pedal whilst maintaining a stable and consistent power supply. This rugged pedal sports Blackstar’s signature ISF tone-shaping feature, which lets you adjust the tone of gain stages for a seamlessly customized sound. I spent over two hours fiddleing with amp voices, amp FX, the Contemporay's tone and volume knobs along with the Tantrums plethora of volume, distortion levels and EQ settings. FatMetal is among the few metal distortion pedals whose sound does not immediately vanish while performing with a full band.

I had a Marshall Metal Master before the tantrum - I don't play music that lets me ever kick it on - but sometimes I like to get rude ! I plugged my Contemporary HH into the Tantrum, and ran that through my only amp; my Fender Champ 20. It can produce anything from warm, tube-like overdrive to extreme distortion, delivering the grind you want without sucking out your low end. I liked what I was hearing as I took out some mid range, and even found myself backing off on the treble on both the Tantrum and my guitar. The TightRock Jr pedal uses the same circuity and shares many of the tone-tweaking features offered by its bigger counterparts. The LT Dual’s control panel features Level and Gain controls for every channel and shared tone and ISF knobs. Caline stands for absolutely well designed, functional and durable products withconvincing value for money. The quality of the build seems a bit sloppy: The legs of top right pot were twisted to fit it through the hole, there was some solder residue sprinkled across the PCB und and some solder-spots were dull. Please use a 9V DC power adapter whose polarity is negative center otherwise, the product may not work properly.
