ABV, KI NO BI uses a rice spirit base and peerless water sourced in the famous sake– brewing district, Fushimi. KI NO BI Kyoto Dry Gin is created with Japanese botanicals such as yellow yuzu from the north of Kyoto Prefecture, hinoki wood chips (Japanese cypress), bamboo, gyokuro tea from the Uji region and green sansho (Japanese peppercorn) berries.

The city allows us to make use of the world-famous Fushimi water and the fruits, spices and teas of the region, as well as collaborating with artisans whose families have perfected their craft over 10 generations or more.

KI NO BI has a recognisable dry gin flavour with a Japanese accent: pure, perfectly balanced with distinctive aromas and a lingering finish of light ginger.
