Do not expect it to take off red permanent dye and leave your natural colour, your natural colour is gone bro. Keep heat on ur hair in development time, cover in cling film and sit near a heater, use a hair dryer over it for the last 5 mins or so b4 u wash out. i used xxl red passion n only the top half has come out not the bottom ov ma hair which is still black. There's also an extra strength formula available which is for stronger, darker colours such as red or black. Step 2: Warm hair with hairdryer and apply the mixed colour remover onto clean dry hair , from root to tip.

When you use the second part of the Colour B4 process (rinsing and buffering) you are then removing the oxygen and the particles will leave the hair – that is why is it IMPORTANT you follow each stage of this to the letter if you like – otherwise if you don’t the particles will oxidize and expand again leaving your hair the colour you are trying to remove (And also making you waste money). my hair was so dark nearly black an im naturally light brown/dark blonde but after years of lightening, black, dark brown and red i wanted to try and go blonde again so used the extra strength and it was AMAZING! Maybe if your hair isn't in great condition - get it into a healthier place so there's minimal damage to your hair. I think the day of the treatment you can smell it faintly on your hair, but by day 2 and after another shampoo, I didn't smell anything and the people around me didn't notice it either.
