About this deal

I think it'd have been better to create an entire section with the content on pregnancy, that way I could have just skipped it. I want to bridge the gap between mainstream medicine and nutrition and help you take full control of your fitness and wellbeing, so you will never have to diet again.

I had to take on a couple of nursing shifts in intensive care – I’m not a trained nurse but you just had to do what was asked of you because there weren’t enough nurses.

Her examples and food inspiration display how simple meals and snacks can be following the ingredients and supplements she is suggesting.

Our hormones don’t just dictate our reproductive health but influence everything from our sleep, our bones, to our heart health. Applicability of cancellation rights: Legal rights of cancellation under the Distance Selling Regulations available for UK or EU consumers do not apply to certain products and services. If you are interested in the topics here, "It's Probably Your Hormones" by Dr Mary Ryan is a much better book. This being said, all in all, there isn't much information in this book that is not already quite well known for a healthy lifestyle in general. Today we announced that women in England will be able to access cheaper hormone replacement therapy (HRT) for menopause support through the introduction of a new prescription pre-payment certificate (PPC). Hazel Wallace is leading a new generation of doctors that elevate medicine with evidence-based diet and lifestyle advice. In overall, I think it is a good book for readers who have less or no knowledge in health and wellness.

In our next educational webinar, we want to shine a light on this condition including what it is and how it can be managed, nutrition support and skincare advice for women living with PCOS. Approx 50% of the book is recipes rather than focusing on female health, I feel the author missed the opportunity to create a fantastic book here. His focus on human connection, effective communication, and cultural excellence has led to significant transformational changes at both individual and system levels. There's a World of books to choose from such as: Children's Books, Range includes Baby Books (0-3), Books for Toddlers (3-5), Early Readers (5-7), Childrens Story books (7-11), Young Teens (11-14), Young Adults (14-16) and Childrens Educational Books. He suffered a massive stroke as the family were sitting at the dinner table at their Cocklehill home and his death inspired her to become a doctor.Everything is well explained and I think this book would be suitable for a layman as the scientific terms are well explained. A lot of this content I already knew but it’s great to be reminded of and explained further in terms that are both engaging and easy to understand. There’s lots of sound practical advice about nutrition and healthy eating for different life stages as well, of course, as her popular recipes. Think of us as your trusted friends sharing healthy insights and prescribing ways to live life to the fullest, fuelled with lots of delicious recipes, empowering workouts, and self-love. She found that the more she shared content about women’s health, the more women reached out, telling their own experiences.

There are also lots of recipes and she's not lying when she says her chunky granola clusters are moreish! Are certain vitamin and mineral requirements particularly important at certain points of women’s lives? Given that the author states she has PCOS I was hoping for more than a very basic overview of what it was. In The Female Factor, she looks at all aspects of women’s health, saying that she wants to expand the definition of ‘female health’ from conditions that affect only our reproductive organs to the study of all aspects of health and disease, with the recognition that presentation, diagnosis, treatment and prevention may be different between the sexes.

Having read the Kindle edition, I do hope to purchase a couple of physical copies when in England next week, for my daughter and a couple of friends who will have missed the marketing!
