From the amazing characters to the suspense, this was exciting, entertaining, intense, and all kinds of sexy. Watching them bumble through this metaphorical wall of past hurts, of insecurities, of frustrations was entertaining to watch. She was in a tough spot, helping a friend, and I loved learning everything that was going on with that mystery.She has living, breathing rejection trauma from this guy, and I wasn’t convinced that he was sorry or that she was able to forgive him. Not when the man who broke her teenage heart into splinters keeps showing up at her parents’ dinner table.
