One contains the standard mix of assorted seasoning and powder, the other has vegetable oil as well as Chilli. If you do require precise ingredient information you should consult the manufacturer, whose contact details will appear on the packaging or label.What would be very nice is If KO-LEE offered a 24 pack variety box that includes 8 packets of each of the varieties of "GO Noodles" they currently sell.

I add ginger, more chilli, sesame oil, vegetables like red peppers, and a sunny side egg on top too, with crispy onions to top it off, and maybe some spring onions too.

I find that the oil sachet is a pain to get all the bits out of, a lot of the gritty spices refuse to leave the sachet. I would say they are not "Extreme" like advertised but they still do leave that tingly and warm sensation in the mouth. These sachets are generously sized which means you can add as much as you want depending on your taste.
