Description

Just like other flywheel blasters, to fire, you spin up the flywheels, pull the trigger and away you go. Personalised advertising may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of information under California and other state privacy laws, and you may have a right to opt out.

Most purchases from business sellers are protected by the Consumer Contract Regulations 2013 which give you the right to cancel the purchase within 14 days after the day you receive the item. You are supplied with 25 Elite darts, but it will take any Nerf darts, and you'll probably need them. This conveyor system has a faster rate of fire than a pusher mechanism; despite this, it is known to jam on old, worn darts if there is not enough grip from the belt to drive the dart into the flywheels.

Another new technical feature: The Flywheels are canted, meaning they are positioned slightly off-axis. Nerf N-Strike Elite blasters from Hasbro deliver the ultimate in blaster performance for Nerf battles. It advertises a firing range of up to ninety feet (twenty-seven meters), and a rate of fire of up to five darts per second. I found it was jamming way too often compared to other full-auto blasters – my thumb got very sore priming my Hammershot as I fiddled around trying to get it unjammed on numerous occasions. When the trigger is pulled, the motorized conveyor belt spins and passes the darts to the flywheels, which fling them out.

The blaster carries the term "hyper" in its name because of its hyper-fast rate of fire: no electric blaster was capable of shooting 5 darts per second before. Challenging your friends to a battle with the Nerf N Strike Elite: Hyper-Fire Blaster proves a versatile choice. If you fire it flat, the range is still around 50ft/15m, and they are much more predictable, which means the useful range is better than pretty much any other unmodified blaster. Some of the technologies we use are necessary for critical functions like security and site integrity, account authentication, security and privacy preferences, internal site usage and maintenance data, and to make the site work correctly for browsing and transactions. My son is 8 next month, so right at the bottom of the age range, and has absolutely no problem using this toy, and nor does my 6 year old. The first time I tried it out in the field, once I got into scavenger mode (something you are likely to do with this rate of fire! The only problem is that it does jam, especially if your darts are a little worn, and it got worse as the batteries got older. It may be over in only 5 seconds, but watching those 25 darts hit your target makes the refilling worthwhile.
