Ruby appears with her friends who are all excited for a special snow day at Rainbow High. Before they go out however they all have to work together to set up a special dance party at the school, with Ruby also working at The Rainbow Union too. When she finally meets with her friends, she learns they left Poppy on the ice alone, causing her to panic and lead everyone out to save Poppy. Her original quote "I don't follow trends. I set them." was changed to "Own it! I would!" the same line she said in "The Prize at the End of the Rainbow" for unknown reasons.

Poppy's runway outfit consists of an orange butterfly slip dress with alive butterflies pulling it in, and for the second version of the dress the butterflies let go and the dress becomes a long orange butterfly train dress. Her shoes consists of gold heels circling her ankle with orange butterfly accessories matching her dress. Pacific Coast: These characters received dolls and character bios but aren't part of the main school Rainbow High but go to their sister school Pacific Coast High. Bella appears to be quite talented in her focus 'set design'. This is showcased specifically in " The Prize at the End of the Rainbow", when she mentions that she wins 'a lot of awards'. Poppy is a girls name derived from the flower poppy, perhaps referring to the California poppy, which is known for its orange coloration. After figuring out the escape room, Ruby and the rest of the girls remind Jade of how appreciated she is, and all the girls let Jade give them special makeovers. While being not as close as her other friends, Krystal asks Bella if she can be featured on The SCENE so she can tell how she got un-expelled in Rainbow High. Appearing once again, Ruby is interviewed by Krystal alongside her friends. In the interview, Ruby talks all about her love and passion for mixed media and graphic design, gushing about how she loves making art out of and on everything. Being rather inspired by this, it gets revealed that Krystal chose Ruby to be the spokesperson for the article. While originally fearing any jealousy, everyone rejoices over Ruby's victory and accomplishment. Still sitting with her friends, she discusses how she doesn't want Laurel and Holly to host Rainbow Vision and on stage for the whole competition, something her friends agree with. Bella's runway show design made by Skyler in “ Amaya's Discovery” is inspired by Ariana Grande wearing Giambattista Valli at the 2020 Grammys.

She seems to be a huge fan of Tiara as she was hypnotized when Tiara entered the stage. Additionally, she cheered for her and the rest of The Royal Three. While not initially together very often, Poppy and Jade are good friends that often hang out together and listen to music. Poppy even jokes around with Jade as she sarcastically told her she was going to use her shirt to "clean her mirror". Jade's bold and heroic personality also plays well with her, with Jade being the first one to try to save Poppy when she was stranded on the ice. With the story still going on, Violet reveals to her and Skyler that Sunny didn't steal anything and was instead just exchanging it. This makes Ruby and Skyler apologize, with Sunny accepting it and them all hanging out together shortly after.While not much has been shown, her and Skyler are shown to be good friends, bonding over their love and tastes in fashion. When it comes to relationships, she's shown to have a boyfriend since 6th grade. Still, she has no tolerance for those who don't treat their partners well, and especially boys who hurt her.
