A short while ago, I received a parcel full of wonderful face masks from Freeman Beauty UK (read the post here). I love the texture and consistency of this mask, it is light and smooth, and also a quite a flattering colour considering face masks are never really flattering.

A type of clay that's a fine, white powder and is used for its oil-absorbing and opacifying properties. Water/Aqua/Eau, Kaolin, Bentonite, Titanium Dioxide, Propylene Glycol, Magnesium Aluminum Silicate, Colloidal Oatmeal, Tocopherol, Persea Gratissima (Avocado) Oil, Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride, Montmorillonite, Disodium Edta, Sodium Polyacrylate (Veegum Ultra), Diazolidinyl Urea, Methylparaben, Propylparaben, Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methylisothiazolinone, Fragrance (Parfum), Yellow 5 (CI 19140), Blue 1 (CI 42090).

Cruelty-free brand Freeman Beauty harnesses the power of nature to create efficacious hair, body and skin care essentials.It's definitely one of the best UV-filter agents we have today, especially in the US where new-generation Tinosorb filters are not (yet) approved. The itsy-bitsy Nano-sized particles improve both spreadability and reduce the whitish tint a lot, but unfortunately, it also introduces new health concerns.

Super common little helper ingredient that helps products to remain nice and stable for a longer time. It's an excellent clay mask that tightens skin and leaves it looking and feeling refreshed and vibrant. The finely ground version of whole oat kernels that has well-established skin soothing, skin-protecting and antioxidant abilities. A physical/inorganic sunscreen with pretty broad spectrum (UVB and UVA II, less good at UVA I) protection and good stability.i rinsed about 5 minutes to get it completely off and used toner so that i was sure none was stuck in my pores, then moisturized. We have written more about formaldehyde-releasing preservatives and the concerns around them at Dmdm Hydantoin, but do not get too scared, those are more theories than proven facts.

Super common little helper ingredient that helps products to remain nice and stable for a longer time. If the item comes direct from a manufacturer, it may be delivered in non-retail packaging, such as a plain or unprinted box or plastic bag. MAS also gives nice sensory properties, it is not tacky or sticky and gives a rich, creamy skin feel. If you have very dry skin leave it for less time and do not let it dry completely on skin, this way it will not make dry skin very dry after washing. Using this two times a week for a month cleared most of my blackheads, but did pretty much nothing beneficial to my acne, acne scars, or complexion.Made with clean ingredients, Freeman products are free of parabens, sulfates, silicone, phthalates, and mineral oils!
