I think this novel is not the best, but it was quiet interesting, in the beginning of the year i mentioned that i like mystery novels. The under-current of anger and self-loathing that Frances exhibits surprised me at times, creating a complex character who I thought would be difficult to relate to, but was actually all too real. Science-fiction television that critics have compared to Black Mirror includes Humans (2015–2018) and Upload (2020–).
