Once the fault is confirmed, we will arrange to collect the item for replacement or repair within 14-21 working days. Happy with the fan, but it arrived having been opened and resealed with sellotape and the remote control was already fitted with batteries (that didn't work) and when first started, it was vibrating and slightly noisy, although this has since stopped. Unless this significantly affects the overall functionality of the product and/or its cosmetics, the item is not considered faulty/damaged. Note that is not silent, it needs to move the air around so it will never be completely silent, but in the family we can all sleep with the fan on (at minimum speed) and enjoy the air moving in the room.
