Therefore perishable goods such as food and drink cannot be returned. Use a protective ointment - Coat your baby's bottom with a thin layer of protective ointment such as Bepanthen at every nappy change and especially at bedtime. Many nappy creams available are designed to treat infected nappy rash and contain ingredients such as antiseptics.
