The Tamagotchi m!x reinstates the infrared port for connectivity, which was last used on the Tamagotchi P's and then removed for the Tamagotchi 4U series in favor of NFC.

The Gudetama Tamagotchi is a Tamagotchi Nano variant themed after Gudetama. It was released in Japan in late 2017 and internationally in late 2018, making it the first collaboration to be available outside Japan. The Fantasy ( ファンタジー) version was released in Japan in July 2019. It features the Magical Flying Library Ship and allows access to three new locations with six new marriage partners: Princess Palace ( Prince Mametchi and Loveli Princess), Arabian Night ( Meloarabian and Lamppatchi), and Wonder Garden ( Yumemi Alice and Kirari Hatter).

Why this petition matters

Gudetama serves as the central character of the Gudetama Tamagotchi; each evolution is actually Gudetama taking on a different form at each stage. Some forms are based on other characters from the Gudetama franchise. The Fairy ( メルヘン Fairytale) version was one of two released in November 2018 and released in the USA in July 2019. It features exclusive access to Fairy Land, and therefore the only version where interacting with and marrying Fairytchi and Unipegasatchi is possible. The Tamagotchi Meets Sanrio has not been released outside of Japan, and thus the device is in Japanese. However, you don’t need to know Japanese to play it! The menus are simple to navigate using a translation guide online (I like the ones here). Once you play with it for a while, you’ll find that you will memorize the menu options without needing to look at a translation. Is it worth the price?

Gift: The user can gift food, items, accessories, rooms, minigames, and locations to the other user There is some compatibility between the m!x, On, Meets, and Ssome. Compatibility ranges from none at all to some functions to being fully comparable with each other and their respective apps. The Regional Compatibility Chart shows the full list of available functionality.Minigames: Various minigames such as cooking, room cleaning, and quizzes were available year round. There were also seasonal themed games such as Goldfish Dipping and Swimming Relay only available during Summer. The minigames could be played with up to four people and users could earn gotchi points and items depending on their results.

The Tamagotchi Meets Sanrio version has several Sanrio-themed features and items that can’t be found in any other version. There is a lot of content, and I don’t think I can quite manage to list all of it here, but I’ll do my best to describe the bulk of it! Characters Up to 2023, the Tamagotchi Ssome is still produced and sold online in Korea despite the Tamagotchi On and Meets production being discontinued in mid 2021. Piano Game: Three piano keys will appear on the bottom portion of the screen, and hearts will fall on the left, middle, or right side of the screen. The user must press the A, B, or C buttons correlating with the hearts as they get close to the piano keys. These super fun pets still have a huge fan base in Japan, however aren’t as popular anymore in the United States. I believe this is because not many people know about tamagotchis. ESPECIALLY the Sanrio tamagotchi meets that allow you to raise SANRIO characters in addition to tamagotchis, in color! I know that if enough people knew about it, it would be sold out in a matter of minutes. However, the problem is that this tamagotchi is still currently only sold in japanese.Pompompurin is a NPC exclusive to the Sanrio Characters TamaSma Card. He appears in some item animations and Kuchipatchi's costume is based off of him. Pompompurin loves collecting and hiding shoes. His favorite foods are milk and cream caramel pudding. He spends most of his free time sleeping or hanging out with his friends, and his best friend is a hamster named Muffin.
