About this deal

But most users will not really notice the difference and in the case of the 3010s, the results were actually quite pleasing.

I used to shave with a Braun for some years, but it was costing me a pricey new foil every 3 months when they wear out and start to develop holes on the foil, so I changed over to a Phillips Rotary for some years. The outer ones are the perforated SensoFoil screens responsible for the grunt of the shaving, while the middle one is a specially designed trimmer that can handle longer hairs. And that’s because they have a far more reasonable price and unlike other more advanced Braun razors, they’re pretty easy to clean manually. Braun a German company who have been in business for over 90 years and are well known for producing quality products including shaving equipment and their replacement parts. A pro that comes with a dry-only shaver is the ability to use it corded as well, which is something you cannot do with the 3010s.

Brings order to chaos.

Braun calls this foil SensoFoil and what makes it stand out is the hexagonal shape of the perforations and are supposed to be more efficient at catching the hairs.

As mentioned in the beginning, the battery level indicator is just a single LED that blinks when the battery is almost drained. If however you have a very coarse beard and shave every two to three days I would suggest taking a look at a more advanced shaver (like the Braun Series 5 or Series 8). All Braun Series 3 shavers are fitted with a NiMh battery as opposed to the Li-ion units found on the more expensive Series 5, 7 and 9. This is the first time I hear about a 3010s with a hair trimmer. So it appears they did release one, maybe exclusive for the North American market. If it’s cheaper than the 3040s, it definitely makes getting the 3010s instead. It’s really up to you. I like to be more thorough when cleaning my shavers, so even if I only use them dry (so no gel/lather is involved), I like to give the shaving head good rinse under the tap, then remove it for more rinsing. Sometimes I would even use some liquid soap. But that’s just me.The Braun Series 3 would also be an excellent choice for a beginner or a teenager. They are really easy to use, clean and cheap to maintain. A basic rotary razor can work better on long and flat-lying hairs, but most of them won’t shave as close as the Series 3 and they aren’t anywhere near as comfortable. It’s easy to see why this is not particularly useful. For example, the first bar could mean anything from a 100% charge down to a 10% charge. Of course, it won’t have the high-end finish and looks of a Series 7, but it is still superior to other shavers in this price range. Using it side by side with my 3010s for example I could clearly notice a difference, in the way that the 3010 is a lot more comfortable and smooth.

PS. Is there actual ptoblem if sometimes would test wet drive with dry shaver (I would upgrade to 32B head whenbtime to swhich if eould buy 300s) which should be watervproofvto becablevto wash? Reply Apart from these, just use it without any restrictions. The only thing you should avoid doing is exposing the shaver to extreme temperatures as that can affect the batteries, regardless of type. In this case your only option would be to consider another Series 3 model — more on this in the alternative shavers section. Noise If however you’re looking for the closest and fastest shave you can get, you will definitely have to look at a more expensive shaver. Alternative shaversYou will be able to use the shaver anywhere in the world since the charger has a universal voltage converter (100 – 240v). They are arguably the most comfortable electric razors in this price range as well, so if you have sensitive skin, definitely consider them.
