It’s time now to complete this OTTY pillow review, and I would like to share my final thoughts with you. In my opinion, the OTTY pillow would be a great choice for everyone looking for: A common issue is that, since memory foam works by reacting to your body heat, the heat it retains can cause it to become uncomfortably warm. Many of us prefer a cool pillow over a warm one (temperature-regulating cooling pillows exist for this very reason), so it’s worth taking this into account when buying a memory foam pillow. The OTTY Hybrid comes in six UK sizes (single, small double, double, king, super king and emperor), three EU sizes, and is designed to suit all body types and sleeping styles – but is particularly good for side sleepers. If you have an older IKEA bed then EU sizing is what you need, but for most Brits, UK sizing is the norm.

Lovely knit pattern, side mesh for additional airflow, brilliant durability and longevity, scratch, tear and shrink-resistance of the fabric – it's just lovely. Aside from comfort, a good memory foam pillow can contribute to a better night’s sleep in a number of ways. I also found that as the weeks went on and I got used to the mattress, I became less restless and found it easier to find the best sleeping position, so much so that my Oura Ring’s ‘sleep score’ improved over the course of a week. My partner commented that he didn’t notice me move throughout the night as much as I normally do either, and likewise I didn’t notice him move so much and that’s definitely a nod to the mattress' impressive motion transfer technology.
