In the last few months I am on a hunt for perfect work from home headphones. As a part of this, I tried multiple solutions including using Plantronics Voyager 8200UC and Voyager 6200UC (good mic noise cancelling, but the sound was far too robotic / overprocessed on both), Poly 5220 (good mic, but weak mic noise cancellation), and using an external V-Moda boom mic connected to a Behringer USB audio mixer (amazing mic, but virtually no mic noise cancellation). For now I decided to somehow push through this and bear the discomfort in the name of the mic sound quality mentioned above. audio quality - surprised me in a positive sense - the sound is full bodied, even some sub-bass is present, definitely suitable for listening to music, the comfort issue drags the usability down though The weight is almost 50% of the comparable headset, the Jabra Evolve 80, which weighs 11.4oz. You will find that the lighter the headset, the more comfortable the headset is for wearing for more extended periods.What was an unexpected letdown was comfort. My ears start to hurt after more than one hour of being on calls. Which is not great, as my workday consist of 6+ hours of VC. For wired headsets, it doesn't matter all that much, but it is convenient to push the phone button on the headset to be able to answer and end calls rather than having to navigate the mouse.
