Belphegor: KAREN IS NOT MY FAMILY. SHE IS A SUPER-BRAIN MACHINE INTERFACE BUILT FOR THE CONVENIENCE OF MYSELF AND OTHERS. AND SHE CAN DO FAR MORE THAN A LOVELESS WIFE OR THAT EMO HERMIT YOU CALL A DAUGHTER. The places for Wrath, Gluttony, and Envy all have names that include those of mythological demons: Satan, Beelzebub, and Leviathan respectively.

Eighth Circle (Fraud)

Loona: (she looks up at him sadly before looking down) They were gonna... (voice breaking) Put me down until Blitz...

Holograms: Belphegor often employs holograms when communicating with people outside of his castle. Rather than attending meetings or business himself, he has a hologram drone project himself like a video call. Adaptation Species Change: Beelzebub is usually depicted with fly-like traits (since the name literally means "lord of the flies") instead of a bee-fox hybrid. Embodiment of Vice: They run the rings named for the Seven Deadly Sins, and their activities and powers seem oriented around encouraging their sins. Fizz calls Asmodeus "the embodiment of lust", and he runs an adult-themed entertainment club and manages sex-toy factories. Likewise, Beelzebub self-identifies as "the queen bee of gluttony", and throws lavish parties where she encourages her guests to over-indulge on food and drink. The Bogan: Beyond simply exploiting Fizzaroli's image for money, his behaviour and general attitude are decidedly unpleasant. The Australian accent definitely doesn't help matters.

Sixth Circle (Heresy)

Mr. Fanservice: Apparently, Bee can attest that she got smitten and then embarrassed when she saw him without a shirt on. Him owning a workout app also supports this. One-Winged Angel: When Fizz announces that he quits through a song and even states it outright to Mammon's face, Mammon takes on a much bigger form with spider legs. Belphegor appeared as a white, heavy-set robot who possessed a flat face with a small, horizontal visor that displayed slit, horizontal red eyes. He possessed a wrist-mounted mini-computer that enabled him to do various things, from directing the behavior of his creations, detonating the explosives devices built into his robots, and allowing him to see through the lenses of other robots. The Sloth Ring appears to be a large city that most prominently includes medical buildings such as hospitals and clinics. The sky has been shown to be light pinkish colored.

Wants Versus Needs: It seems to be the focus on this interpretation of the sin of Gluttony, as her song says "Im what you want, not what you need". Despite not making a physical appearance, Belphegor is referenced in the episode "Ozzie's", where his signature can be seen on Loona adoption papers while Blitzø was looking through old photos on his Hellphone, revealing that Belphegor owned Loona before Blitzø adopted her. Sizeshifter: She's capable of changing her size from roughly the same height as Loona to one that's completely massive. When Bee does this in "Queen Bee", she grows to a size where Loona's entire body is only about half the size of Bee's head. Belphegor: AND THEY ENTERED A PORTAL WHICH APPEARED TO LEAD TO... EARTH. YOU ARE AWARE THAT EVEN YOU ARE BARRED FROM GRANTING OTHER DEMONS ACCESS TO THE MORTAL PLANE.

(Karen deploys rotating brushes to polish Belphegor's screen) You look gorgeous, dapper, and very swag today! I trust you had a satisfactory day at the factory? Asmodeus is described by Fizzarolli as the embodiment of lust, though whether that's literal or just a title (both officially and unofficially) is up for debate. Visual Pun: She's not only a literal queen bee but also literally what a queen bee type of character would typically be, an Alpha Bitch. That said, she's more of a Lovable Alpha Bitch in character rather than a stereotypical one as while she may come off as mean, she's still reasonable.
