Honestly I can't say I've ever met someone who thought 4096×2160 was "True" 4K but that other resolutions were 4K too; most people tend to think those are mutually exclusive. If you call it "True 4K" because it's the main standard in cinema that's fine, the only viewpoint I'm arguing against is when people say it's the "true" 4K resolution to the exclusion of anything else, i.e. all other resolutions are "fake" 4K. Week 1 involves running for just a minute at a time, creating realistic expectations and making the challenge feel achievable right from the start.
