OfG is a mature scent more suited for the 25-up. Listed as unisex (but leans masculine) and best for fall, winter and cool spring nights. This is definitely a “less is more” type fragrance… 1–2 sprays MAX and you’re good to go. Rehab doesn’t scream out for attention. A little later, nitrogenous compounds were discovered, they make a significant contribution to the total smell: first of all, pyrazine derivatives together with lactones give castoreum a slightly roasted, nutty nuance. In addition to these fairly simple compounds, a number of nupharidinederivatives were found in castoreum, their total content is about 0.16%, including one specific compound named castoramine. It is believed that the presence of these substances is directly related to the diet of beavers: they are alkaloids' metabolites contained in yellow water lily (lat. Nuphar).
