On April 5, 2023, the Astray No-Name is one of the many Build Project suits to be re-released for the "GBM Appreciation Festival" event prior to the game's termination from service on June 5. A form where the weapon transforms into wings, providing the Red Frame Kai with flight capability. By adjusting the position of the Tactical Arms IIL's folded components, the MS can move in an irregular manner, making it difficult for the enemy to aim. In this form, the mounted beam torch can be used to fire at enemy units in front of Red Frame Kai. The beam torch can also be separated and used on its own without affecting the flight form. Ma Chao Gundam Barbatos- The youngest member of Dragon's Watch. Normally he is calm and collected, but he has a hot-blooded side during combat. A 9.1m long physical sword, the M1 Astray can be optionally equipped with up to two of this sword. Despite its name, the sword can be used for both anti-MS combat and anti-ship combat. Stored in special sheath mounted on the side armor, the sword is similar in appearance to the anti-ship swords of the MBF-02+P202QX Strike Rouge IWSP. Due to the rising COVID-19 pandemic, production of Sangoku Soketsuden was halted and the last three episodes were postponed. The first seven episodes were later re-released in February 2021 with altered dialogue, specifically renaming the Yellow Zombie Virus to Etiolation Trinity, and the first few seconds of the intro was altered; both of which were changed to avoid any references to the COVID-19 pandemic. The last three were later released in March 2021 before the start of World Heroes. In C.E. 71, the Orb Union's Morgenroete corporation built five Gundam Astray prototype mobile suits at Heliopolis, the MBF-P01 Gundam Astray Gold Frame, MBF-P02 Gundam Astray Red Frame, MBF-P03 Gundam Astray Blue Frame, MBF-P04 Gundam Astray Green Frame and MBF-P05 Gundam Astray Unit 5 (which was later modified into MBF-P05LM Gundam Astray Mirage Frame), which were based on the five G Project Gundams that they assisted the Earth Alliance's Atlantic Federation in creating. They successfully copied the EA's beam rifle and saber technology, but Morgenroete did not have access to the Phase Shift armor design, and compensated by making the Gundam Astray units lighter and more agile than their EA counterparts. Similar to BB Senshi Sangokuden, Sangoku Soketsuden loosely derives its settings and characters from the Romance of the Three Kingdoms, though the two works have no direct narrative connection. Characters are portrayed by different Mobile Suits than in the previous works (For example, Liu Bei is based on RX-78-2 Gundam in Sangokuden, whereas in Sangoku Soketsuden he is portrayed by RX-0 Unicorn Gundam). The third Astray, MBF-P01 Gundam Astray Gold Frame, is piloted by the primary antagonist of the Astray story, Orb nobleman Rondo Ghina Sahaku, and later by his twin sister Rondo Mina Sahaku.
