The fact that he THOUGHT about undressing her while she was unconscious so she can be scared when she wakes up was already bad enough, but I’m happy he didn’t actually do it. The Heir is my first read from Sophie Lark, and I can tell I've been missing out! Her writing is AMAZING! It has an almost cinematic quality to it that drew me in immediately. The way every detail is described in such a rich and effortless manner made me feel like I was experiencing everything as if I was actually there! When Anna and Leo finally got together, we get one sex scene and then a time jump. I wanted to see them together growing as a couple, not being told that now they are happy. The rest of the book they just have sex and that's it.
