We made the rookie error of not taking a pram with us for our 3 year old son. There is a lot of walking at Disneyland Paris and we were doing around 20k steps a day. Too much walking for little legs. After carrying him around for most of the first day we decided to hire a pram from Disneyland Paris. We had to pay a €70 deposit as well as paying €15 per day for buggy hire. Definitely money we could have saved by taking our own pushchair. Not only are the prams not cheap but they aren’t very practical either. They are very clunky, metal contraptions that don’t recline so aren’t great for young children. Merchandise The first thing you notice is how big and solid the car is. The rides with the biggest queue time in Magic Kingdom are typically Big Thunder Mountain, Buzz Lightyear, Peter Pan’s Flight and Hyperspace Mountain. In Walt Disney Studios these are Crush’s Coaster, Ratatouille and Toy Soldiers Parachute Drop. We managed to ride Big Thunder Mountain, Buzz Lightyear and Peter Pan’s Flight in just 50 minutes by utilising extra magic hours. I’ve always done Disneyland Paris on a Monday – Thursday. This is more than enough time between both parks and will be much cheaper than going Friday – Monday. You can also look at Tuesday – Friday as this is also cheaper than a weekend and might suit your flight options better.
