Their relationship was quite troubled and they were teasing each other until they finally understood in " Rainbow Vision Finale Part 2", in which Avery and Aidan give Ainsley a medallion symbolizing their friendship, which would continue even in different schools. Avery and Ainsley are currently on good terms. Initially the pairing was a case of Ships That Pass in the Night with the character bios. Ruby is a casual and loyal person who supports her friends while Skyler is a Shrinking Violet who would rather have her designs speak for themselves, and many figured they'd have an interesting dynamic.students from Rainbow High and Shadow High work together to create the best fashions designs for the competition and compete against each other. Ms. Wright and Ms. Morton, the two known staff members of Rainbow High, are seen dancing in the hallways to "Turn Your Color Up" in the music video. Wright even gives Poppy a slight smile from the door. Avery makes her first major appearance when Violet and Sunny meet The A's after entering the school for their first day. Avery recognizes their names letting them know that she is their prefect along with Ainsley and Aidan. They inform them of their dorm room levels before leaving, letting them know they're the upperclassmen in charge. Because of this, she claimed her sewing pins kept breaking in her machine, making her sew by hand for the rest of the semester. Using this experience, she makes sure to warn Violet and her viewers. While not speaking, Avery appears in the same place she was in the previous episode, still hanging out with her friends.
Aidan is loyal and one of the hardest working students at Rainbow High, and when he isn't helping to stop disagreements between his fellow A's, he can be found helping the younger students with projects or creating a new beat for his latest music project.
