The planning report says “the development would fail to satisfy the City’s aim of providing a broader housing offer to encourage a more diverse residential population in the city centre.” The medical examiner who conducted the postmortem examination, Dr. Thomas Bennett, testified the child’s cause of death was abusive head trauma consistent with violent, repetitive shaking. Welcome to urban living at its finest! This modern 2-bedroom apartment in Quay Central in Liverpool offers a perfect blend of contemporary design and convenience. Situated in the heart of the vibrant Quay Central district, this residence provides a unique opportunity to experience city life with all its amenities at your doorstep. To get that many people interested, queuing up to sign their names, it’s because it's part of the city's history that makes them proud. I think that's a positive thing and a useful thing and that the city could move forward in a positive way by taking that view with it. The Wyoming Supreme Court has affirmed the life-in-prison sentence of Jesse J. Hartley, who was convicted in 2019 for the murder of 2-year-old Brandon Green. Since his conviction, Hartley has twice appealed to the Wyoming Supreme Court seeking relief. Jesse was born on 21 December 1780 to Bernard and Mary Hartley of Pontefract. Bernard was not only a Stone Mason and bridge builder but also the Surveyor of the Bridges of the West Riding. However, locally, Pontefract’s most famous landmark after the Castle is the Town Hall, which Bernard Hartley designed and built. The Hartley’s were very much a Pontefract family, although Jesse soon moved further afield to develop his career. He told the ECHO: “There has been a level of criticism and that we're a bunch of Nimbys and all we're worried about is our views. That's not true.Uinta County Attorney Loretta Howieson-Kallas said the case is undoubtedly a tragic one, as not only did Hartley take the life of a 2-year-old child but also effectively claimed his own life after being convicted of murder at only 19 years of age. Howieson-Kallas said Hartley’s young age — he was only 18 at the time of his arrest — resulted in the State declining to pursue the death penalty, as would be allowed under Wyoming law for a first-degree murder conviction. The census collection is designed so that each group of postcodes should contain at least 100 people (50 in Scotland). That brief stated that under Wyoming law, the appropriate time to raise any issues related to the trial and Hartley’s legal representation during the trial was during the initial appeal and that it was unlawful to raise new objections related to anything other than the June hearing to amend sentencing. Finding no errors or problems with the sentencing hearing, Morgan requested permission to withdraw, stating, “… an attorney, whether appointed or paid, is under an ethical obligation to refuse to prosecute a frivolous appeal.” The building has two floors below the cornice and parapet with a third floor above and windows at the level of the entablature. A central chimney rises above the level of the roof. In the competition that preceded this appointment Mr. Jesse Hartley became acquainted with the late Albinus Martin, M. Inst. C.E., also a candidate, and the friendship thus formed extended to the son, and became firm and lasting through life.

Third District Court Judge Joseph Bluemel sentenced Hartley to life in prison with the possibility of parole for the murder conviction and to 18-25 years in prison for the aggravated child abuse conviction, with those sentences to run concurrently. In late 2019, Hartley filed an appeal with the Wyoming Supreme Court asking that his conviction be overturned.

Hartley, of Lyman, was initially arrested in 2018 after the death of Green, the child of Hartley’s then-girlfriend. Hartley was babysitting Green at the time and called 911 reporting he had found the toddler face down in the bathtub. However, an examination in the emergency room at Evanston Regional Hospital and a subsequent autopsy revealed extensive injuries inconsistent with Hartley’s claims.

Hartley was found guilty by a jury in May 2019 of felony murder and aggravated child abuse in the death of 2-year-old Brandon Green one year earlier. Interior: The apartment boasts a modern and open-concept layout, flooded with natural light, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. High-quality finishes and fixtures enhance the aesthetic appeal of the space.
