About this deal

The base of this treadmill feels very secure and you have just enough give so that you can feel the 8 point suspension beneath you. The Sprint 3 is designed to last and is also designed to provide a good level of challenge and manages to mix this with impressive functionality – not usually two qualities that you find in lower priced models. However, there are 3 pretty decent incline levels with the Nero Pro, which will go a long way to giving your workout a bit of an edge.

It’s safe to say all the basics are present here, with speed and incline being strongly considered. You can watch TV, walk indoors, do some treadmill sits… this is one of the most versatile machines in the list. JTX Sprint 3 comes with a 2 hp DC motor that can power the speed up to 16 km at 10% incline. If you have been searching for treadmills, you might note that the motor capacity for JTX sprint 3 is lesser than other treadmills. The main reason behind the difference is its usability. JTX Sprint 3 comes with 36 pre-set workout programs to help trainers achieve their workout goals. You can seek more information about the workouts by writing to the company. If you have been practising other proven exercises on another treadmill, you can add it to the custom workout modes setting available in the treadmill. You can add up to 4 custom workout modes. Why choose the JTX Sprint 3 They have to resort to either expensive coaching lessons or Youtube gurus selling their products. However, if you have set your mind on JTX Sprint 3, the complexity of selecting a workout won’t trouble you anymore.

The large screen helps trainers analyze the efficiency of their workout; the calories monitor allows them to evaluate the reception of their body to particular activities. Similarly, the pulse rate sensor lets them determine the right set of speed and incline to push the body into the fat-burning zone. You can also connect your console to multiple fitness apps to receive the data on your phone. Additionally, it is iFit compatible (an interactive program designed to keep you motivated as you train), so if gadgets are a deal breaker for you, you will be well catered for here. You can also make use of routes powered by Google Maps if you want to get a feel for running through country lanes or mountain passes. The console could be a positive or a negative, depending on what you’re looking for. It’s good, but basic. This means that it’s easy to use and to read but won’t give you any fancy bells and whistles. However, the Performance 600i does come with iFit compatibility, if you like your gadgets. iFit is an interactive program that will keep you motivated while working out. In addition to hundreds of unique workout programs, you can also follow vibrant routes powered by Google Maps. While the JTX does come with easy-to-set-up and fold technology, and wheels that make it easy to move and store, it is a treadmill that is on the heavier side. You need to get used to lugging it around, but once you get the hang of it, you should be good to go. Further Expenses The JTX Sprint 3 is a powerful treadmill that is excellent for its purpose. We’re not just on the hunt for the more obvious Reebok treadmill here, so to find a high top speed and 10% power incline is rare for the price range.

The Sprint 7 features a 3HP motor which is pretty much the most powerful that JTX Fitness offer. We usually look for 1.5HP or above as standard so this 3HP has more than enough beef to keep us happy. It has a top speed of 20KPH which is 5KPH more than most treadmills offer and will allow even the fastest of runners to be seriously challenged. They also judged each running machine's ease of use by navigating its touchscreens and control panels to find a suitable workout. Each model was then given a score, with only the best earning our Runner’s World Expert Tested seal of approval. The machine itself is quiet and it comes with a good-quality music system and tablet holder, to maintain a good user experience and give you a good workout. Modern technology and company research and development mean that the best foldable treadmills are no longer the flimsy, self-powered contraptions that felt like the second-rate hamster wheels they were just a few years ago. They are now a serious piece of equipment, with good-quality motors and great usability – or, at least, they should be. There are built-in pulse rate monitors found on the front facing handles just beneath the central computer and these work well but if you are serious about your heart rate zone training then we’d suggest syncing the Sprint 7 with a Polar heart rate strap. The Sprint 3 is as sturdy and well-built as the Sprint 9, runs quietly and has a really elegant, neat design. It’s pleasingly simple and simply pleasing, making it a robust, inexpensive way to get a really nice workout in. There is a tablet holder included as standard with the Sprint 3 and this allows you to add a device to either access motivational content or perhaps watch a TV show while you workout. The built in speakers can be connected via an aux port and although they are not hugely powerful they are more than adequate to overcome the small amount of noise that this treadmill makes.
