Newly upgraded, the two-way speaker system in the Yamaha P125A produces expansive sound both upwards and downwards. If you plan to set the Yamaha P-125 down and play it on a table then you’ll love the new “Table EQ” feature. While the P-125 came a bit later than the P-255 as the successor to the P-115, Yamaha did not really make a whole lot of changes to it in this regard. While both are equipped with the same hammer action and touch sensitivity, the actual keys on the latter is of higher quality, furnishing it with the same feel as more expensive models.

When Would I Recommend The Roland FP Series: This really comes down to how important the action is to you – if having the most realistic piano action possible is very important to you – if your goals are to play complex classical pieces, or you are taking traditional lessons on an acoustic piano, and plan to take formal piano tests (which will be on acoustic pianos) then the great quality piano sounds and triple sensor action on the FP series might be a better choice for you and may be worth sacrificing other missing features. Unfortunately, the P-125 has traditional shiny plastic keys and doesn’t offer any textured material on them. It’s getting more and more popular for intermediate digital pianos to have Ivory/Ebony simulated material on the keys to enhance grip and make a playing experience more enjoyable and authentic. You may wonder how it is possible to have 32, 64, or even 128 notes playing simultaneously, if there are only 88 keys and we never play them all together. It has everything a budding musician has and more. It's easily transported so you can bring it with you no matter where your gig is. You're a pianist looking for a practice piano. Very interesting piano; super slim, very portable (light and can run on batteries), does have L/R line outs & a 1/8″ audio in, good sounds (18), 16 watt speakers, unique dual sensor action with simulated ebony & ivory keys (although in my opinion Casio went overboard with the finish on the keys – it’s REALLY exaggerated – the simulated finish on the Roland products is much more subtle and nicer to play – in my opinion), virtually no physical buttons (all smooth light up tactile buttons – same technology as your phone or tablet) – not a great onboard interface though, lots of key combinations need to be looked up from the manual. Good option for playing live given the outputs and battery capability; but make sure you play one first because the action is very unique (this is due to the slim form factor); many people criticize the action on this piano, many others (including pro pianists using them live) love it. I didn’t mind it, but I personally much prefer the action on the Roland FP products and the Yamaha P series. There are no rhythms on this piano. Flash memory is getting cheaper each year, and the size of MIDI files is usually only 50-150 KB, which is nothing by today’s standards.

It’s got 4 speakers (2 on each side), which is not something we often see on a digital piano in this price range. Roland FP-30X: Roland’s take on the gig-friendly portable digital piano, with their renowned SuperNATURAL piano engine, mated to the brilliant PHA-4 weighted keyboard. To connect to an external sound system, you will need a line-out/aux out cable. This will enable you to connect to a mixer, and let the sounds of the P-125 come out from a loud speaker. Digital Piano Stand Yamaha P-255: https://usa.yamaha.com/products/musical_instruments/pianos/p_series/p-255/specs.html#product-tabs This particular function refers to the volume and (more importantly) expression that is produced when the key is pressed – the sound is soft and lilting when softly touched and loud and resonant when pounded hard. All P-models, including the two reviewed here, have four settings available: Soft, Medium, Hard, and Fixed. You can find all sorts of new ways to experience your Yamaha P-125 and really get the most out of it by using this free app. Elegant and Sophisticated Design This is because Yamaha has built an audio interface into this port. This offers a couple of huge benefits: The two-way onboard speaker system is powerful enough for home use and also useful for small rehearsals and band practices. Yamaha P125 Specifications P 125 Suspension is a widely prescribed medicine that helps to ease pain and bring down high body temperature (fever). In children, it treats conditions like headache, toothache, body ache, fever, and common cold. We seldom see any being offered in part exchange, which in itself speaks volumes. Even when players progress to better instruments, it seems there is a reluctance to let the P125A go. Yamaha P125A Specification Size/Weight

With the GHS keyboard, the keys in the higher register have a lighter touch and the touch gets heavier as you make your way down to the low end keys – just like when playing a real acoustic piano. Incredible Sound in Any Scenario Yamaha are one of the few top digital piano manufacturers that also have a long tradition of crafting acoustic instruments, and it shows particularly well in the case of the P-125a. Its main selling point was always going to be its principal grand piano sound, so after powering the unit on and waiting a few short seconds for boot time, it’s reassuring to discover that it is excellent. You wouldn’t really expect anything less from Yamaha, and it certainly lives up to expectations. Derived from their famous 9’ CFIIIS concert grand, it’s just a delight to play when partnered with the supremely playable and responsive GHS keyboard. It also includes organic piano elements that enrich the sound and make it more natural. Some of these elements are damper resonance, string resonance, and key-off simulation. For example, when you depress the sustain pedal, the earliest played notes continue to sound while you’re adding new ones and the piano needs more memory to keep all the notes sounding. After some time though, you eventually get bored of the demo songs. I don’t really play them anymore now. They’re just there. Sometimes my son, niece or nephew would climb up to the piano seat and play the demo songs. I guess that feature was really made for them, not me 😊 And even though it seems like the manufacturer has yet to take a leap of faith towards new designs, one can't deny the quality of their products that have ensured their longevity for years.
