Good Plus: Describes a used book that is at the high end of Good but not quite Very Good/ Near Fine. (Used book dealers who use Near Fine might use Very Good in this sense.) The extent of the damage done to Jodie is explained all throughout the book as she lives with Cathy. Cathy is an incredible human being to take on such damaged children and the way she wrote about each incident and moment made me feel as though I were part of the case as well. Fine: If it were shelved in a new books store, it would still pass as a new book, but it is in less brand new condition than a very fine/ as new book. yes i'm already finished with the book, and considering the time i started yesterday and the time i finished today, i finished in about a day. the first book i remember reading on these subjects was 'one child' by torey hayden and from that moment i was hooked on these types of books and for some reason i like books where there are stories of struggle, or sadness and hardships.i don't think i completely know why, but i do know i like them because when there about children like the little girl Jodie in the book good does come out at the end.
