I don't really use it, so I would have preferred to go for the regular version that pauses music with it. The focus 2 is 2X the price of the 5200, but it’s performance over crinkling, sirens, toilet, and dishwashing to me make it worth the long term trial. I already own the 5200 and will still keep it as it’s excellent for travel and car. But the focus 2 will likely become my primary around the house headset and for long working trips. The Poly Voyager Focus UC uses Bluetooth version 4.1 compared to the Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC that uses Bluetooth version 5.1. Most of us would scratch our heads and wonder what's the difference. Focus 2 - good performance until the loudest levels (high speed) although you could definitely hear the blender and it was medium loud, voice still trumped the blender and speech was intelligible The Poly Voyager Focus 1 provides up to 12 hours of talk time, and up to 15 hours of listening time. The Poly Voyager Focus 2 gives you over twice as much talk time with up to 25 hours. This assumes that the Active Noise Cancellation and Busy Light features aren’t activated. But if they are, you still get up to 16 hours of battery life. So yes, the Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC does give you more range, but based on our tests, not all that much. I was initially really impressed with the headset, but have continually been disappointed by several design and feature elements. I upgraded from the Savi W720 unit (which I loved) because I'll be working on the road. The Mute functionality is unreliable and sometimes won't even work from the headset. It seems dependent on the meeting application being used.

International products have separate terms and are sold from abroad and may differ from local products including fit, age rating, and language of product, labeling, or instructions, or plugs (you may require an adapter).Both are good, but the Poly Voyager Focus 2 UC is better simply because it gives you more options to control noise. 2. On the Poly Voyager Focus 1, the control buttons are located on both ear cups. That changed with the new Poly Voyager Focus 2 because the buttons have all been consolidated onto one ear cup.
