Look for silicone items: For baking and for use as hot pads and oven mitts, silicone items work very well. I love to bake with silicone muffin cups, and my silicone waffle molds are awesome! This set made for smaller square air fryers includes a 6 Qt air fry basket with detachable handle. Great for removing it when hot! The basket measures 8 1/4" x 9 3/8" x 4 5/8" so it should fit fine in the Vortex. It is reported to fit in the GoWise and Power air fryers that are highly similar to the Vortex. This might be a nice way to make wings or other items easier than doing them in the rotating basket. A lovely deep ridged inner helps grip hot trays and handles without fear of slipping. Our only grouch with the mitts is they are pretty small, which is OK for small to medium hands, but large hands would be unlikely to be able to use them.

What air fryer accessories are available, and how can they be used?

For example, I have used round my springform pan bought for my 6 Qt Instant Pot just fine in the Vortex. We tested the liner with a batch of fat chips sprayed with a bit of oil.
