We have been with Card Saver for many years. We recently changed Merchant Service Providers and received new terminals. Unfortunately, one of the terminals soon stopped working. I spoke with Callum and he was really friendly and helpful and soon had the issue sorted out for me. Callum also helped me to log on to our new Virtual Terminal and talked me through this clearly and concisely. Thank you Callum for all your help. Be careful when tightening the screws as the threads are fragile and you can easily over-tighten and damage the casing. At Card Saver, we're dedicated to providing excellent customer service, and it's wonderful to know that Paul was able to assist you patiently and effectively in resolving your technical issues. You can probably get away with using Card Saver 1’s for them but I’m too paranoid that they’ll slip around in those. I have been with cardsaver for a number of years and had a good relationship with them , very good customer service every time I have had a query .
