Thank you for your reply - to be clear, the young man was very nice apparently… it was more the lateness of the hour. I get mine delivered which is super convenient. The product is easy to use as it’s in nugget form and my dogs love it. But there is the last drop, the customer service was unhelpful (took over a month and my initiative to move forward), we discussed and later on argued over grey area of their Ts&Cs in the latest August promo, them not even willing to meet me quarter of a way, unreasonable and I would dare say even incompetent.
