Be prepared...these two are intense and very active once the barriers down. Forever Never is officially a favorite for 2021! 6 stars! From the amazing characters to the suspense, this was exciting, entertaining, intense, and all kinds of sexy. There was a phenomenal build as everything unfolded. This was a thrilling read that had me on the edge of my seat the entire time.

At the end we have 4 people who are very close to each other, in an almost incesty vibe - as one happy family. Firstly, the cover isn't fitting in my opinion. It made me think that it would be a cheap summer / holiday romance and it wouldn’t be my cuppa, but that was not the case. Okay, yeah. It wasn't my cuppa, but it wasn't a sweet holiday romance either. It was darker, more angsty, there was some drama and suspense, and the story took place mainly in winter. Why is the elephant in the room only dealt with at the end of the book and with absolutely no fanfare - I waited the whole book through for the verbal showdown between the h and ow, but no….that encounter was flatter than a pancake. A total anticlimax. 20 minutes into the sweet chat and they’re besties again. Her response? Not to call him on his bullshit, that's for sure. She decides that it is her fault that he feels like she is using him for sex, and would never actually commit to a relationship with him (a relationship he has NEVER once asked her to be in, by the way). So after he screws her into the ground, and walks out of her house telling her that they are over, leaving her naked and on the floor.... she decides the best course of action is to get dressed, go to his house, cook him dinner, and tell him she's going to date him and convince him that he's worthy of her.
