Verdict: You can't argue that Mr Freeze Jubbly ice lollies are undoubtedly the best in terms of calories. It's essentially just ice with artificial flavouring so it has trace amounts of fat and saturated fats and there are few to no other ice lollies or ice creams out there that match up in terms of calories per serving or sugar content. A super-stealthy way of getting the greens in - these creamy ice pops are made with yogurt, lime, vanilla and avocado! You probably already know that foods high in added sugar usually contribute little to no nutritional benefit to your diet. What’s more, these foods are also very calorie-dense, so if you eat lots of them, your waistline could expand over time. Plus, added sugar is not great news for your teeth. Verdict: Tropical-flavoured ice lollies on the outside, these actually contain vanilla ice cream on the inside - so the calorie content is naturally a bit higher. They certainly score brownie points for containing real mango and pineapple pieces, but just look at that sugar content! drink plenty of cold water – take regular sips during the day and keep some water by your bed at night

Verdict: It should come as no surprise that Ben & Jerry's makes the top of our list for one of the least healthy ice creams. While we've totalled up the nutritional information for Cookie Dough because it's one of their most popular flavours, there are some others (Phish Food, for example) that score even higher on the calorie scale. In recent years, countless savvy brands have come up with ice creams that taste just as delicious as their full-fat versions but they contain fewer calories and sugar so you can satisfy your sweet tooth, without ruining your waistline.
