The difference is only in the proportion of components for the glue 50% to 50% for the cleaner 49% to 51% (as far as I can remember, but I may be wrong - the memory can malfunction), as for me 1% is not a very big difference.

Having exhausted trying to glue with Mr.Hobby Mr.Cement S (as for my it's not glue, it's 💩, but this very good cleaner for panel line when you scribing panel line! 💡) They are the best types of cements for plastics. I've been using them for 19 years, and I wont use anything else now. The sensitive reaction is dermatic allergy. If you not use it, then the problem is gone. It's not a big deal, not dangerous to. If you are allergic to it, you will notice it easily. You will feel a burn sensation. I’ve just got hold of a bottle of Tamiya extra thin cement and I am converted! This stuff is amazing for a lot of things but because it is so runny, I still need the normal viscous type of plastic cement. I don't recall when I read the tip (may have been here on BM) but Tamiya Airbrush Cleaner is almost the exact same formula as Tamiya Extra Thin. I gave it a try and Airbrush Cleaner glues styrene just fine. Now let’s have a look at the best glues for plastic kits. Tamiya Extra Thin Cement– Overall Best Plastic Glue This is probably the best general purpose plastic cement ever for modeling. It's not gooey like the Testors' stuff, but not overly runny. It doesn't slide where I don't want it to go, and dries in a few minutes. That's plenty of time to make adjustments. Once dried it's also easy to sand down, making detailing even easier. B.w. the irritating odor in Tamiya glue creates acetone, because butyl acetate smells like pear, and has the colloquial name "pear essence".

Tamiya, Inc. Limonene Cement Review Armorama :: Tamiya, Inc. Limonene Cement Review

When I was a kid I remember at one time the only cement in the local drug store was a tube of "non-toxic, odor free cement". The clerk told me it had an ingredient called Limonene that kept kids from getting high. Later I learned that it was added to remove the irritation caused by the odor of the chemicals in the glue, with the added benefit that it did supposedly keep abusers from getting any unintended benefit from the glue. All I remember is that wherever I tried to apply the glue, I ended up with a mess of spider web strings, and the glue really didn't work that well. B.w. anybody know ingredients and MSDS ordynary "Tamiya Cement"? Non bottle ordynary "Tamiya Cement" written: "Component Element: 12% Synthetic Resin 88% Styrene Organic Solvent" but of course the chemical composition of these components is not indicated. This is one of the most popular extra thin types of cement for plastic model kits available on the market. It comes in a small 40ml jar typical for chemicals made by Tamiya. This amount of glue is enough for numerous models and will last for a long time. I believe I was able to build about ten 1/48 scale aircraft models and three 1/35 scale tank models with just one jar.
