Description

Did you know that Tom Cruise was studying to become a priest in his teens, or that Baboons live on the ground and not in trees, or that the Great Wall of China is only rumored to be visible from the moon? After playing Eye Know, from Wiggles 3D, an entertaining trivia game for your eyes, you’ll know all these facts and more. We noticed some levels were harder for people and decided to give away free bombs and hints to make them easier! To be the first to collect 5 cards by identifying images and correctly answering questions about the images.

Eye Color? - BuzzFeed Can We Guess Your Eye Color? - BuzzFeed

The board game does a good job recreating the four rounds of the TV show. It can feel a bit clunky to play the first few times as each round is very different, but it should get easier the more you play. There’s even a little trophy for the winner to hold at the end of the game. So, warm up your eyes and get ready to roll! Open the game board, draw 12 cards, and place them on the grid. Place the remaining cards on the draw space and choose a player to go first. The first player will roll both the dice. The colored die indicates the color of the card that he or she must choose and the numbered die indicates the type of question he or she must answer. That player then selects one card from the grid that matches the color die. Then use the description on the bottom of the card to identify the image on the card. In practice, it’s more of a conversation-starter, as players take turns reading out interesting questions and then discussing the surprising answer - it’s a bit like watching an episode of the comedy panel show QI. It comes in a small box so it can easily be taken to gatherings or the pub. One small criticism is that some of the questions are true or false, meaning answering them is less a shot in the dark and more the flip of a coin. Trivia games like this one provide a fun way for families to come together, while also serving as great educational tools, teaching kids facts about people and places that they come across on a daily basis, but which they know little about. Of course, kids might not know the answers to many of the questions, but playing this game often enough will help build a solid general knowledge foundation.

Brought to by Wiggles 3D, the creators of the Mensa award-winning Eye Know - Trivia for your Eyes board game, the challenging word spelling game app Lexigo Rush and the addictive Quote Slide word puzzle game app and online flash game. This leads to some interesting tactical decisions. Do you wait to hear all four questions to work out the connection, or do you take a stab after two or three questions in the hope of guessing the link before the other players? You can only make one guess - if you’re wrong, you might help an opponent solve the link.

It’s a great game if you or someone you know is already a fan of the show, and might even help you convert them into playing more board games. Arrange 12 cards in a 4x3 grid on the game board. Place extra cards on the "draw pile" space. Hand out five chips to each player. Choose a player to go first. If you correctly identify the image, the person to your right then reads the question corresponding to the number showing on the die.Players must choose how to divide their cards into a set to earn the best score. No card may be used in more than one set. In Linkee, each card consists of four questions, with one link connecting the answers. For example, if the answers were John, Paul, George and Ringo, the link would be The Beatles. Whoever guesses the link wins the card, and each card has a letter. The first to collect cards spelling “Linkee” wins the game. Shot in the Dark A quiz game where no-one will know the answer - give it your best guess Shot in the Dark lives up to its name with some questions that require highly specific knowledge. Eye Know is a board game that includes images, trivia and betting. It was created by Paul Berton and George Sinclair and published in 2008 by Wiggles 3D. If you want to make the game easier for younger players, allow them to choose any image from the grid, and if you want to play with older trivia buffs, play the classic version of the game with betting chips (sold separately). Players can bet a certain number of chips before answering each question. The one with the most chips after five rounds will win the game.

It’s visually pleasing, with lots of tokens and chips to play with, and the base game contains over 500 questions, meaning it should last a long time before you have to repeat any cards.More recent versions of the game come in travel-size tins, which are great for taking out and about, but only contain 55 cards, so after a few games you may remember the dates. That limits replayability, but you can mix and match different sets (each of which have different themes, such as inventions or British history) to increase complexity, and older versions of the games have more cards. Select an image that you believe you can identify correctly by pointing to the card and making a guess. Eye Know: Image FX Word Quiz is the first in a series of Eye Know titles. For people who are interested in animals, Eye Know: Animals features over 300 high definition images of animals from all around the world, from blue whales to bumblebees! Or, for the person with an interest in company logos, Eye Know: Logos features over 200 images from the biggest companies in the world! Eye Know is also available in French and Spanish! Players try to identify images on cards on the board. Once a player has identified an image, they are asked a trivia question related to the image. The player selects the level of difficulty of their question and decides how many chips to bet on whether they know the answer. Different question levels pay out different amounts: true/false questions pay 1:1, multiple-choice questions pay 2:1 and open-ended questions pay 3:1.
