Well, for many of us here in the United States we just celebrated Thanksgiving. If you are anything like me, you are still recovering from the incredible feast of yesterday. No desire will ever be manifested in your life without courage. As I stated earlier, this year has already stretched me in ways that I have never been stretched before. Honestly, I tried to push a lot of things out of my mind and postpone them to some date in the future. Unfortunately, denial did not make the desire go away and I could no longer ignore it. I knew that I had to take action and I knew that it was not going to be easy. On the other hand, I knew that if I would act on the desire then I would inevitably see breakthroughs in my life. At this point, I had to make the decision to choose courage. We often talk about courage but I am not sure that many people know what courage is. Courage is not the absence of fear. Courage is the audacity to unleash faith in the midst of uncertainty and fear. As I was forced out of my comfort zone, I am finding myself living in the great unknown. I am a thinker and strategist that likes to have every detail figured out. While this serves me greatly in business, I am learning more and more than it does not serve me well in moments of transition and transformation. I can either allow the great unknown to cripple me. Or I can allow the great unknown to unleash the force of courage in my life. I have chosen courage and it has opened my eyes to new frontiers and new horizons in my life. Determine that you will love yourself unconditionally. It took me a long time to learn this lesson. Unfortunately, for a long time, I allowed people to walk all over me as a human doormat. Then I realized that I deserved more. When you understand that you deserve more then you will start demanding more. So I changed the requirements of my relationships. It radically revolutionized my life. One of the greatest lessons I ever learned is that you must love yourself unconditionally, I look around the world today and I see so many people that are not whole in their souls. The constant need for attention and affirmation is becoming a global problem. You have to stop trying to get people to see you and value you. Understand that you are precious and priceless. When you understand this principle you will stop discounting yourself. Detach yourself from everything that does not deserve to be in your life. On this journey, I have discovered that inaction is one of the greatest imprisoners of your potential. Excuses rob you of the opportunity to live an empowered life. Procrastination wants to paralyze your potential and rob you of progress. Eliminating excuses is making the necessary adjustments that will empower you to advance and actualize your vision. Adjustments always determine your ascension.

You must have unwavering belief. A lot of things go into creating a life of success. In fact, in my training programs and masterminds I delve deep into the metrics that produce a successful life. Of all the wisdom I have shared over the years one thing stands out to me more than anything. The one thing that I believe is vital to your success is belief. For a long time I struggled with belief. Belief in myself, my vision and the magnitude of my assignment. However, I came to a point of decision in my life. I could either be consumed by the enormity of my assignment or I could cultivate the disciplines that would cause me to excel. Of course I chose the second option but it was a lot of work. I had to work on my belief system. In essence, I had to uproot negative thought patterns, reprogram my mind and reaffirm what was possible for my life. It was challenging but I learned so much during that process. Ultimately, I learned that our minds have the power to change the conditions of our lives.
