Liberty arrives to help, formally introducing herself to the team using her new name for the first time, and helps clear the way for them to get out of the traffic jam and take several shortcuts and back alleys to reach City Hall to stop the chaos. Too afraid to pass the bad news to the Junior Patrollers, Liberty steps aside to let Ryder tell them instead. Tyler Perry voices Gus, a truck driver in Adventure City whose life is saved by Chase, the police puppy. In the film, when she's running from the unstable fireworks, she says this is why dogs hate fireworks.

The heroic team of dogs is given word of Mayor Humdinger’s (Ron Pardo) plans to create chaos throughout the city, aided by his Kitten Catastrophe Crew.Skye warns that her actions could cause her and many others to get hurt, but Victoria shows no care and relays her past and insecurities to Skye, who understands her feelings and sympathizes with her.

Fortunately, Marshall regains his powers from the crystal and burns his hand, causing Humdinger to release him as he shrinks back down to his normal size. Inside are several crystals, one of which attaches itself to her pup tag, causing her paws to glow and her body to float against her will.Invited by Ryder to accompany the team for the meteor shower, the three excitedly greet the other pups with Nano meeting Chase, Tot startling and complimenting Rubble, and Mini meeting Skye, expressing her glee with their similar heights. After Chase places her under arrest, Victoria gloats about the meteors that are already heading for Adventure City, finally accepting her title of being a mad scientist. After that, she heads into the woods and helps a bear, naming him "Benny", but unintentionally takes him back into Adventure Bay where he causes some problems that alert the PAW Patrol. Porter's, Marshall tends to Uncle Otis, while Chase sends up his drone to look for Chickaletta, finding her near the river.

Once the PAW Patrol and the Junior Patrollers regroup, they mourn over the loss of the Pup Tower, including their vehicles, before approaching the meteor, which pulsates a strange energy. The first portion of the credits are 2D and show Ryder, the pups, and various others on various rescues/adventures. However, once Skye flies into the plane, Victoria Vance steals her pup tag, causing her to lose her powers, and jumps out of the plane with a parachute.While Liberty is taken back to the HQ with the rest of the pups after heading away from the obedience school, Chase and Ryder break off to go to the intersection where Ryder found Chase and took him in when he was little and give Ryder a chance to get Chase to find his inner courage to rejoin the team.
