Inspired by our beautiful Hebridean island home, we produce both an unpeated and peated single malt whisky as well as a gin.

We’ve got a track record of producing different spirit types, though we’d never tried to make gin, until now, and we’re really pleased with the result. The warehouse 1 is one of our most popular experiences at the distillery and a must visit for whisky lovers. Inspired by our picturesque and colourful Hebridean home in Tobermory bay on the Isle of Mull, our gin is fresh and vibrant.

An initial burst of refreshing lemon followed by sweet juniper, and a slight hint of coriander and spice. Synonymous with utilising singular designs and white and blue colours, Nordés mirror these designs expertly to create a bottle instantly recognisable as their own. Distilled on the island with a rich palate of hand-selected botanicals including juniper, tea, heather, elderflower, sweet orange peel, and just a little bit of knowledge from our 220 years of history. All of the botanicals including scotch lovage, samphire, sugar kelp and lavender, are steeped for a minimum of 24 hours in our base spirit.

There are also several seasonal editions, with their Autumn Edition my particular favourite to taste! Paul felt that many of the gin brands he looks at didn’t stand out so opted for the minimalistic design and shape. Inspired by perfume bottles from the time of the Ming dynasty, this incredible bottle was designed by artist, Lala Curio, in partnership with Hong Kong ceramic brand Loveramics.The bricks and windows of the bottle are typical of a Georgian-era townhouse in Dublin, while through the transparent windows are imaginings of the Far East, and Chinnery himself standing at an easel.

Fill a tall glass with ice and add 50ml of Hebridean Mountain gin and a squeeze of your selected citrus fruit (we've chosen pink grapefruit). Each is a unique combination of flecked copper and sugar kelp (the key botanical in the gin), making every individual bottle that bit more special.

The design takes inspiration from Eenoo’s native artwork, which they found to be vibrant and colourful, with the hourglass representing ‘time’.
