The watch’s alarms are the perfect choice for reminders for timed medications, bathroom breaks, important tasks, and more. While a countdown timer is set and active, you can confirm the time until it next alerts by pressing and releasing MODE button two times, until the Countdown appears on screen. The watch will display time and date, and immediately give the vibration and/or audible alert tone 5 times to confirm that the countdown timer has been set. The Countdown timer has an auto-repeat function until disengaged, making it useful for repeated reminders at consistent intervals throughout the day and/or night. To set 90 minutes, or 1 hour and 30 minutes, press and release SET button until 1 appears in the hour position.
