Once ingested, MCTs turn into ketones, which are a better source of fuel than glucose. But what does “better” mean, exactly?

What foods are high in MCT?

Ketones stay high for at least four hours after taking MCT oil . So there should be four hours or more between doses of the MCT oil. In the Morning and Early Afternoon (Up to Two Doses)
